- Added a new Radar structure with a new upgrade to augment enemy visibility. The Radar is now required to view the minimap.
- Moved the Intel Menu to the Control Center UI. The CC will sparkle and the button will flash when you have enough Intel to purchase something.

- Fixed base alerts so they are more audible and aren't firing randomly during building construction

- Doubled structure health
